Lead the member journey at Agency as a Member Engagement Specialist. This role involves building personalized experiences that enhance member satisfaction from the start.

In this pivotal position, you’ll run onboarding for new members, ensuring they feel welcome and connected. You will handle member-to-member introductions based on unique business needs while also managing a systematic approach to tracking engagement. Your insights will guide communications and event promotions, creating lasting relationships.

• Facilitate forum group placements and rematching

• Develop engagement tracking and follow-up processes

• Communicate member updates and promote events

Requirements:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Experience in high-engagement roles, preferably in hospitality

• Ability to analyze member experiences and trends

• Business knowledge to engage with founders effectively

• Experience in virtual session hosting
