Key Responsibilities:

• Connect school, district, and provincial improvement objectives

• Liaise between districts and EECD for effective recommendations

• Support change leadership initiatives within schools and districts

• Drive systemic improvement through collaborative actions

• Plan and coordinate significant educational initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field

• 8+ years of relevant experience in program management

• Proven strategic planning and implementation skills

• Strong project management abilities with diverse stakeholders

• Experience advising senior executives on major initiatives
