Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver competency training to operational teams

• Develop and refine training procedures and materials

• Conduct evaluations to assess staff performance

• Implement safety practices through training

• Work alongside team members to achieve training goals

Requirements:

• At least 10 years in gas plant operations

• Preferred experience in procedure writing

• Valid certifications in Standard First Aid and H2S Alive

• Clean driving abstract and successful drug test completion

• Capacity to work with limited supervision
