Service Technician - Water Management

Our water resources need to be protected, and you can be a vital part of that process. As a Service Technician in water management, you will support our client with their water treatment program and to help them reach their objectives. Furthermore, with full access to our multidisciplinary support team, you will be responsible for solving technical issues and bringing viable solutions to your clients.

Our company is currently seeking a Service Technician!

• Provide technical service to customers:
• Scheduling services.
• Verification and inspection of mechanical installations (boiler, water towers, etc.).
• Water sampling and analysis.
• Calculate the correct chemical dosage.
• Writing service reports and keeping customer records up to date.
• Answer technical support calls.
• Assessment of equipment needs.
• Training of client operations staff.

• Hold a DEC in chemistry, water treatment, or equivalent
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning processes (an asset)
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
• Possess a valid driver’s licence
• Be in good physical condition
