Manager; Technical Sustainability

We are seeking a dynamic, proactive and collaborative individual to join our Sustainability team as Manager, Sustainability, Decarbonisation & Strategic Partnerships. This role will play a key part in supporting the company’s sustainability transformation journey through strategic collaborations, technical sustainability advisory, and implementation of decarbonisation initiatives across our managed facilities and client portfolios.

The role combines strategic partnership development with technical sustainability expertise, supporting initiatives such as lifecycle carbon analysis, energy optimisation of building systems, sustainability reporting, and the implementation of the company’s “Sustainability-as-a-Community” framework.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, clients, technology partners, and industry stakeholders to drive sustainability innovation, strengthen CPGFM’s leadership in the built environment sector, and support clients in making informed decisions towards a low‑carbon future. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and the ability to work collaboratively as a team player in a fast‑evolving sustainability landscape.

• Identify and establish partnerships with sustainability solution providers, technology vendors, NGOs, and industry organisations to co‑develop innovative sustainability solutions.
• Develop collaboration models with strategic partners to support circular economy initiatives and sustainability innovation for CPGFM and its clients.
• Engage with industry associations, government agencies, and sustainability platform to strengthen the company’s sustainability ecosystem and knowledge exchange.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to align partnership opportunities with operational and business objectives.

• Drive the implementation and adoption of the “Sustainability‑as‑a‑Community” framework across properties managed by CPGFM.
• Work closely with site teams, tenants, vendors (e.g. cleaning, security, landscape contractors), and clients to foster collective climate action and sustainability initiatives.
• Support initiatives that promote behavioural change, resource efficiency, waste reduction, and environmental awareness within building communities.
• Coordinate sustainability programmes such as recycling initiatives, food waste management programmes, and community engagement activities.

• Provide technical support for sustainability consultancy services related to facilities management and building operations.
• Conduct Lifecycle Assessment (LCA) and lifecycle carbon analysis of building systems to evaluate environmental impacts across operational and asset life cycles.
• Assess building systems performance, including ACMV (Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems, lighting, and electrical infrastructure, to identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvement and operational optimisation.
• Support the development of decarbonisation strategies and operational carbon reduction plans for client facilities.
• Develop technical recommendations and retrofit strategies that improve building performance and sustainability outcomes.

• Perform lifecycle cost analysis (LCCA) and cost‑benefit analysis for sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency upgrades.
• Evaluate the CAPEX and OPEX implications of sustainability measures such as equipment upgrades, energy efficiency improvements, and technology adoption.
• Prepare decision‑support reports and technical recommendations to support clients in making informed sustainability investment decisions.
• Support in developing and implementing CPGFM’s decarbonisation framework and sustainability strategy.
• Assist in tracking and coordinating initiatives related to Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions reduction.
• Support initiatives aligned with national sustainability targets such as Singapore Green Plan 2030 and Green Gov.
