Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Responsibilities
Ensure strict compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards across all electrical activities.
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical systems ranging from 230kV to Low Voltage
, including emergency generators, UPS systems, and power quality equipment.
Support commissioning and startup of new electrical systems and infrastructure upgrades.
Identify and fix electrical problems using structured troubleshooting steps or procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and FMEA to identify and mitigate potential system failures.
Maintain accurate documentation of electrical systems, maintenance records, and compliance reports.
Mentor junior technicians and participate in technical training programs to elevate team capabilities.
Support deployment of SMART diagnostics tools and digital systems to improve maintenance efficiency and system intelligence.
Qualifications- Education:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical certification. - Experience:
Minimum 2+ years in electrical maintenance and operations within semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments. - Technical
Skills:
Strong knowledge of HV/MV/LV systems, electrical schematics, and safety codes. Familiarity with ETAP, IEC standards, and predictive maintenance tools is a plus. - Communication:
Effective communicator with strong teamwork and documentation skills. - Problem Solving:
Demonstrated ability to resolve technical issues independently and collaboratively. - Approach:
Proactive, safety-conscious, and committed to continuous improvement.
