The Assistant Engineer, Internal Customer Support (1‑Year Contract) is responsible for conducting instrument testing, evaluating first‑article parts/subsystems, measuring part dimensions and compiling data for analysis.

This position reports to the Internal Customer Support Manager and is part of the Manufacturing Engineering department located in Woodlands, Singapore; it is an on‑site role.

• Perform commissioning and final tests on instruments to evaluate the automation process.
• Evaluate first‑article parts/subsystems by running the verification protocols on instruments.
• Support engineers by gathering and compiling data for analysis.

• ITE or Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• 1‑2 years of experience working in an ISO 13485 manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on experience in using measuring equipment such as digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, function generators, etc.

• Ability to travel to China for 1 month during the project.
• Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 10 kg daily.

• Printed Circuit Board Assembly manufacturing process.
• Operation and application on mass spectrometer instruments.
