Job Description

Prepare drawings and detailed design documents for preliminary, construction and as-built status by BIM authoring software.

Report and assist the BIM Manager/Coordinator / Engineer in charge and use Building Information Modelling (BIM) to perform modelling & drafting works.

Familiar with BIM documentations and shop drawings production from the models.

Contribute and giving feedback on company BIM standards

Contribute BIM Good & Best Practice.

Assist BIM Manager in implementing and developing BIM deliverables.

Assist BIM manager on BIM technology implementation and ensure quality deliverables on projects.

Assist BIM manager to maintain accurate data set in drawings, design specifications and project schedules.

Good knowledge in AutoCAD 2D/3D, Bentley Open Roads, Revit, Naviswork & Micro Station, etc.

Create and update BIM models based on BIM guidelines and requirement provided.

Ensure proper documentation based on project BIM workflow.

Assist in BIM Coordination and attend site meeting or conduct site verification whenever required.

Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Certificate from BCA, BIM Modelling course or equivalent.

Diploma or Degree in Engineering.

Minimally 2 year experience in BIM Modeling work in building construction and project execution.

Experienced in AutoCAD 2D/3D, Bentley Open Roads, Revit, Navisworks & Micro Station will be added advantage.

Must be proficient in BIM modelling & draft operational level.

Good interpersonal and communication skill.

Demonstrate ability to follow instructions and execute and adapt to new and existing process procedures and workflows
