This role places you at the forefront of asset management within WSP's Advisory Group. You'll engage with teams to create strategic asset management plans and enhance client interactions while adhering to ISO 55001 standards. Bring your expertise in decision-support tools and data analytics to optimize investment strategies and support local and global projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive client relationship development and market initiatives

• Develop and deliver asset management strategies compliant with ISO 55001

• Apply advanced risk modeling to support client allocations

• Contribute to major project proposals and bids

• Lead across varied asset classes including real estate and utilities

Requirements:

• 6–10 years of relevant consulting experience

• Strong understanding of ISO 55001 and asset management practices

• Proficiency in optimization and risk evaluation tools

• Capability to analyze and present data effectively

• Knowledge of procurement methods to align with client demands
