Hospital Project Services Manager

Manage Mechanical and Electrical services for a hospital construction project along the Kent coast with a respected tier 1 contractor. This site-based role involves full project coordination.

Successful candidates will possess a minimum of five years working within the MEP contracting field, particularly in healthcare. The role is integral to the installation and management of M&E services while ensuring compliance with all project specifications. Applicants should have HND level qualifications and ideally possess a strong mechanical focus, along with knowledge of M&E design coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the MEP services coordination for healthcare projects

• Manage the performance of M&E teams and subcontractors

• Ensure seamless documentation for testing and handovers

• Influence M&E design for optimal project outcomes

• Facilitate effective installation processes across sites

Requirements:

• 5+ years of MEP contracting experience required

• HND in a relevant engineering field necessary

• Preference for candidates with mechanical expertise

• Familiarity with HTMs and HBMs preferred

• Experience in hospital projects is essential
