Lead Operator

As a Lead Operator in the Gold Creek Field, you will engage directly in field operations and support development initiatives. With over 7 years of oil and gas experience, your expertise will ensure production goals exceed 98% while promoting a culture of safety, integrity, and continuous improvement. This position entails working closely with various disciplines including environmental and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor team members in operational and safety excellence

• Provide hands-on competency training for SOCT

• Monitor production volumes and optimize runtime performance

• Utilize Continuous Improvement techniques to meet targets

• Supervise local projects as directed by leadership

Requirements:

• 7+ years of oil and gas industry experience

• Minimum grade 12/GED and relevant operational certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt is an asset

• Proven leadership skills with a strong safety record

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and best practices
