We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and develop a team delivering innovative engineering solutions within our Automation, Marine & Ports business. This role blends technical leadership, people leadership, and project execution, making it ideal for someone who thrives leading high-performing teams while driving operational excellence.

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and designers delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions
• Drive performance across functional safety, cybersecurity, quality, margin improvement, and on-time delivery
• Ensure projects follow best practices and execution standards while meeting contractual requirements
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives and agile methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce engineering lead times
• Oversee multiple priorities while strengthening engineering capability and team development
• Serve as the technical lead on select projects and support strategic initiatives

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Naval Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in engineering leadership or a relevant technical environment
• Solid background balancing technical execution and commercial project delivery
• Experience leading teams and driving results across multiple priorities
• Knowledge of functional safety, cybersecurity, automation systems, and engineering operations
