Key Responsibilities:

• Create and detail shop drawings from client concepts

• Oversee production drawings and customer approvals

• Collaborate with production for optimal design solutions

• Prepare estimates and manage material procurement

• Support junior designers with their engineering tasks

Requirements:

• Proficient in Solid Works software for design tasks

• Post-secondary education in Engineering Technology preferred

• Understanding of wood industry fabrication techniques

• Strong mathematical skills for precise measurements

• Previous experience in a designer role is an asset
