Electrical Maintenance Foreman

Lead maintenance operations as an Electrical Maintenance Foreman in Grande Prairie, AB. Utilize your strong Electrical & Instrumentation background to optimize plant performance and ensure seamless team operations.

This hands-on leadership role requires a solid foundation in Electrical and Instrumentation systems, as well as experience in power generation or industrial facilities. You will coordinate maintenance activities, manage priorities, and act as the crucial link between operators, vendors, and OEMs like GE. Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency and safety of plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead weekly maintenance planning and scheduling activities

• Serve as the main contact for operators on maintenance issues

• Troubleshoot Electrical & Instrumentation system challenges

• Liaise with OEMs for remote diagnostics

• Oversee contractor work to ensure compliance and deadlines

Requirements:

• 10+ years in Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls

• Experience in power generation or oil & gas industries

• Strong programming and control systems knowledge

• Effective communicator with vendors and teams

• Ability to thrive in a lean operating environment
