Gas Facility Operator North

Join a prestigious oil and gas company as a Gas Facility Operator located north of Grande Prairie. Engage in a full-time position with a 7/7 schedule, focusing on operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in sour gas facilities, specifically with amine and refrigeration processes. A valid power engineering ticket (3rd or 4th class) is mandatory, along with First Aid and H2S Alive certifications. Local residency is required since no accommodations will be available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure optimal operation of the sour gas facility

• Monitor equipment performance and safety

• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

• Work effectively both independently and with a team

• Handle situations involving H2S gas are critical

Requirements:

• Minimum five years' experience at a sour gas facility

• Valid 4th or higher class power engineering certification

• Required First Aid and H2S Alive certifications

• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing

• Must possess a clean driving record
