Key Responsibilities:

• Lead surveying department and set benchmarks across project sites

• Manage legal and boundary surveys under the Real Property Act

• Provide on-site layout support and topographic surveys

• Certify and seal survey plans for permits and project completions

• Convert project drawings into control files using Trimble technology

Requirements:

• Licensed member in good standing with AMLS

• Proven ability to manage comprehensive surveying tasks independently

• Expertise in Trimble GPS/Machine Control and Civil 3D

• Strong knowledge of Manitoba survey regulations and processes

• Exceptional communication skills to guide project teams
