You will coordinate vendors, prepare bid evaluations, and leverage your MS Project expertise to develop schedules. Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with vendors and manage procurement tasks

• Execute detailed project schedules using MS Project

• Facilitate bidding processes and prepare evaluations

• Support PMs in tracking project execution and resources

• Issue purchase orders and manage fabrication oversight

Requirements:

• Must reside in Grande Prairie or Calgary

• Proficiency with MS Project is required

• Experience in Western Canada EPC projects preferred

• Strong writing and communication abilities

• Organized, adaptable, and detail-focused
