This Intermediate Civil Engineer supports the Municipal and Transportation Infrastructure team in the Grande Prairie office. The position involves municipal engineering projects, design, site inspections, contract administration, and client coordination. You will contribute to water, wastewater, roads, bridges, culverts, and related infrastructure studies.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage municipal engineering projects from inception through completion
- Perform design, site inspections, and contract administration
- Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Coordinate designs and inspections across multiple disciplines
- Mentor junior engineers and technologists
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering
- Eligibility for professional membership with APEGA
- Minimum five years’ municipal and transportation engineering experience
- Working knowledge of water and wastewater systems
- Proficiency with CAD, modeling, and spreadsheet software
Use civil design, inspection, and project management skills to deliver municipal infrastructure projects for Grande Prairie communities and clients.
