Ce rôle exige un engagement à construire des relations de confiance et à soutenir les clients dans leurs transactions bancaires. Key Responsibilities:
• Engager les clients dans leurs besoins financiers
• Guider vers les solutions adéquates avec discernement
• Promouvoir les services bancaires numériques
• Assister le personnel de première ligne dans les transactions
• Proposer des améliorations à l'expérience client
Requirements:
• Diplôme d'études secondaires et 1+ ans d'expérience
• Certification IFC dans les 90 jours
• Aptitudes en logiciels bancaires et MS Office
• Solides compétences en communication
• Autonomie et capacité d’adaptation
