We're Hiring: HR Consultant
Elevation HR is growing, and we're looking for an HR Consultant to join our team in Grande Prairie.

This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who loves the work but also values flexibility and work-life balance. We work with a wide variety of businesses and organizations, which means the work is interesting, hands-on, and rarely the same from one day to the next. This is a part-time position to start with possibility of becoming full time.

What we're looking for:

Someone with solid HR experience who is confident providing practical advice to managers and business owners.

You should be comfortable with employee relations, performance management, policies, employment legislation and the everyday HR situations that come with supporting different workplaces.

Consulting experience is an asset, but more importantly, we're looking for someone who is practical, approachable, professional and comfortable working independently.
