• XRM Toolbox – Plugin based admin/dev support
• Software Delivery Skills – Milestones, estimates, stable deployments
• Consulting Skills – Understand client business impact

• Provide broad architecture technical guidance on Dynamics 365 CE
• Manage Dataverse solutions, components, and environments
• Configure Power Apps including tables, views, dashboards, and forms
• Develop and manage Power Automate flows from simple to complex automations
• Execute SQL queries for Dataverse using TDS
