Job Title – Senior - Tenzai Operations Support
Location – Toronto, ON, Canada (Hybrid preferred; downtown Toronto office. Remote candidates within Canada will also be considered)
Role Type – Contract (6 months with potential extension)
Must Have
Skills:
- Tenzai platform administration and operational support
- Production support and operational troubleshooting
- Platform monitoring, maintenance, and performance management
- Configuration management and platform administration
- IT Operations, Security Operations, or Security Engineering experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
Responsibilities and Job Details:
- Provide day-to-day operational support for the Tenzai platform, ensuring stability and reliability.
- Monitor platform health, performance, and operational metrics to proactively identify issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related incidents and production issues in a timely manner.
- Perform routine platform maintenance, updates, and operational improvements.
- Manage platform configurations, settings, and environment administration activities.
- Maintain and enhance operational documentation, support procedures, and runbooks.
- Partner with engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams to support platform initiatives.
- Support Threat & Vulnerability Management (TVM) operations through effective platform administration.
- Investigate root causes of recurring issues and implement preventative solutions.
- Ensure operational processes align with security and compliance requirements.
- Respond quickly to operational incidents and provide effective issue resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on platform reliability and operational excellence.
