Role: Senior UI/UX Developer

Description:

• We are seeking a talented UI/UX Developer to design and enhance user experiences for the client’s Learning Management System (LMS) platform. The ideal candidate will combine strong user-centered design principles with front-end development expertise to create intuitive, engaging, and accessible learning experiences for students, instructors, administrators, and corporate learners.
• The UI/UX Developer will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into seamless digital experiences that improve learner engagement and platform usability.

What you will do:

• Lead the Design Process: Take ownership of the end-to-end design process for complex features and product areas, from initial research and ideation to high-fidelity prototypes and final UI specifications.
• User Research & Analysis: Conduct and synthesize user research (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing, competitive analysis) to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Develop and utilize user personas and user journey maps to inform design decisions and communicate user needs effectively.
• Information Architecture & Interaction Design: Develop clear and intuitive information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that optimize usability and user engagement.
• Visual Design & Branding: Create stunning, pixel-perfect UI designs, contribute to and maintain our design language and design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across all product touchpoints. Apply strong design theory and color theory principles to create aesthetically pleasing and functional interfaces.
• Accessibility Champion: Ensure all designs adhere to WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) standards, creating inclusive experiences for all users.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with product managers to define requirements, engineers to ensure technical feasibility, and other designers to maintain design consistency and elevate the overall design quality.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous learning within the team.
• Advocate for the User: Champion user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of all design decisions.
