Must Have Skills
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot & Copilot Studio
- Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI Services and Generative AI solutions
- Experience in building AI Agents, Copilots, and conversational AI platforms
- Strong understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG architectures
- Experience with Anthropic Claude models/ecosystem
- Expertise in Git Hub Copilot and AI-assisted development workflows
- Exposure to Kiro frameworks/platforms
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or C#
- Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and Azure Cloud
- Knowledge of AI security, governance, and enterprise integrations
Good to Have Skills
- Experience with Lang Chain, Semantic Kernel, or MCP
- Exposure to Multi-Agent AI systems
- Knowledge of Vector Databases and Semantic Search
- Experience with Power Platform and Power Automate
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Microsoft Azure AI certifications
- Experience in enterprise AI transformation initiatives
