As a central figure in our IT Services team, you will manage incoming service tickets and match technicians based on skillsets. Your organization and communication skills will ensure timely service delivery and client satisfaction. You will collaborate with technical teams and enhance proactive service initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor incoming service tickets using Connect Wise PSA
• Dispatch tickets to technicians based on urgency and skill
• Maintain real-time visibility of ticket queues and workloads
• Communicate with clients for updates and confirmations
• Track ticket progress and escalate issues impacting timelines
Requirements:
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• High attention to detail and organization
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite
• 1–5 years in dispatching or administrative roles
Utilize your coordination skills and client focus to enhance service delivery at our IT Services team.
