In this position at Axon, you will support key customer agencies, driving partnerships through your technical knowledge and project management skills. You will be the primary contact for clients, fostering collaborative workflows while delivering excellent support for Axon’s products. This role requires a deep understanding of Axon technologies as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers
• Develop expertise in Axon Records and the Productivity Suite
• Support customer needs with tailored Axon solutions
• Facilitate training sessions and knowledge transfer
• Maintain service levels and contractual obligations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years in technical account management or similar role
• Experience with law enforcement or public safety preferred
• Strong skills in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI and SQL
