Become a vital part of Axon as a Technical Account Manager, focusing on customer engagement and operational success in a hybrid environment. Leverage your technical skills and partnerships to drive results.
This role positions you as a key point of contact for assigned customers, where you will cultivate deep knowledge of Axon’s products like the Records and Productivity Suite. You’ll work closely with a variety of teams to deliver exceptional support and drive initiatives that enhance user satisfaction and drive product adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the technical liaison for customer agencies
• Ensure successful integration of Axon technologies
• Provide training and support on Axon-related workflows
• Monitor support tickets and offer Tier 2 troubleshooting
• Collaborate with different teams to enhance customer outcomes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area or equivalent
• 4+ years’ experience in a technical account role
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Previous engagement with public safety organizations
• Knowledge of analytics tools like Splunk and JIRA
