As a Deskside Consultant, you will assist users with inquiries, resolve tickets, and monitor desktop infrastructure performance. This role requires over three years of experience in a Microsoft environment with strong customer service skills. Your expertise in desktop applications, remote support, and network security will be key to helping users thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist users with software and hardware inquiries
• Address user tickets in person and remotely
• Troubleshoot issues across multiple operating systems
• Customize applications to meet user needs
• Monitor and improve desktop infrastructure performance
Requirements:
• 3+ years of IT support experience
• 1+ year in customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office O365
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Mac OS
• Experience supporting mobile devices and peripherals
