Salary: Competitive ($30-35/hour), with excellent benefits

Schedule: Monday to Friday (days); limited call

As the Maintenance Manager/ Handyman, you'll be a crucial part of the team, responsible for overseeing the seamless operations of our buildings and grounds.

Reporting to the Site Leader, as the Maintenance Manager/ Handyman you'll be the go-to expert, implementing and maintaining a comprehensive preventative maintenance program to keep this seniors living care home in top condition for our residents, guests, and staff.

Maintenance Manager/ Handyman Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all building systems, including electrical, mechanical, and grounds, ensuring safety and functionality

• Manage work orders, preventative maintenance, and asset history using our Maintenance Care software

• Prioritize and execute repairs, obtaining quotes from local trades, suppliers, and contractors

• Collaborate effectively with all vendors and contractors to deliver high-quality service

• Provide winter maintenance, keeping sidewalks, patios, and exits clear of ice and snow

• Support our fire safety program and quality assurance initiatives
