Maintenance Team Leader Mill

Weyerhaeuser seeks a Maintenance Team Leader for its Grande Prairie Lumber Mill, focusing on weekend shifts. Champion safety and ensure efficient maintenance activities across the mill.

This role is critical for maintaining a culture of safety and reliability while orchestrating maintenance tasks. You will enhance teamwork and performance through various coaching and feedback methods, acting as a bridge between Operations and Maintenance.

Requirements:
