Position:
Journeyperson Millwright – Clairmont, AB (Full‑Time, Shop & Field)
Shop and field work, on call as required with overtime as needed.
CompensationCompetitive, based on experience.
Responsibilities- Assemble, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair well service pumps.
- Mount, align, commission, and maintain electric and hydraulic drives.
- Perform condition monitoring, vibration analysis, and laser alignment of rotating equipment.
- Interpret work orders and technical manuals in both paper and electronic formats.
- Keep organized maintenance reports and documentation.
- Work in the shop and perform field repairs as part of the fracturing crew.
- Communicate directly with management and field staff.
- Maintain company facilities in a clean, safe, and environmentally sound manner.
- Work on call as required, with additional overtime as necessary.
- Red Seal Journeyperson Millwright certification, or an equivalent level of skills and experience (Out of Province Red Seals accepted).
- Highly motivated self‑starter able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills with both management and field staff.
- Willingness to work on call and overtime as operational requirements demand.
- Class1 driver’s license.
- Experience with fracturing power ends and fluid ends.
- Natural gas and diesel generator experience.
- Gas turbine engine experience.
- Caterpillar or Cummins powertrain experience.
- Hydraulic troubleshooting experience.
- Fluid transfer experience.
- On‑job training and mentoring.
- Flexible work schedules.
