We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all.
This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to perform heavy lifting, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Duties Performed
Thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and report any issues.
Handle heavy lifting tasks as required, ensuring safe practices are followed.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and any concerns.
Assist with custodial duties during events or special projects as assigned.
Requirements
Possessing valid Oilfield tickets is a must. (H2S, First Aid, CSO)
Possession of a Class 5 Drivers license is a must.
Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames.
Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and staff.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
