Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs

• Sustain the quality of guest rooms and public spaces

• Manage maintenance documentation and safety checks

• Ensure emergency exits and equipment are functional

• Address guest complaints with a professional demeanor

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience required

• Understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical concepts

• Previous hotel maintenance certification is a plus

• Ability to perform mathematics accurately

• Lift and carry weights of up to 75 lbs
