Position: Full-Time Maintenance Worker at Prairie Lake
Support the maintenance team at Prairie Lake Seniors Living as a Maintenance Worker.

Your role will contribute to ensuring a safe and functional living environment for seniors.

Reporting to the Site Leader, you'll take on duties that ensure the safe and efficient operation of the facility. Daily tasks include logging maintenance checks, addressing work orders, and performing preventative tasks. Your attention to detail will maintain the beauty and safety of our grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete all maintenance checks and document findings

• Oversee the maintenance of grounds and building envelope

• Perform painting and touch-ups as needed

• Execute routine, scheduled, and emergency repairs

• Maintain clear access areas during winter months

Requirements:

• High School graduation or equivalent; 2 years maintenance experience preferred

• Skills in verbal and written communication

• Knowledge of applicable building and fire codes

• Ability to work well collaboratively

• Capable of handling physical tasks related to maintenance
