Casual Reliability Support

Be a part of Weyerhaeuser's success as a Casual Reliability Support Team Member in Grande Prairie. This role focuses on essential cleanup tasks and equipment operation to enhance safety and reliability.

We are looking for an entry-level candidate for a temporary part-time role. You will perform daily cleaning duties, assist with operational tasks, and operate machinery like the Skid Steer Loader. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as a team are crucial for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily clean-up of wood debris

• Operate tools like air wands and chainsaws

• Prepare and monitor hot work

• Perform necessary lockouts as required

• Assist with operational preventive maintenance tasks

Requirements:

• Prior lumber mill experience is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Flexibility for changing business needs

• Willingness to work in extreme temperatures
