We are looking to hire a dedicated, experienced parts technician to join our heavy-duty truck repair team. As a Parts Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our technicians have the parts they need to get our customers trucks back on the road through our high-quality service.
Parts Technician Pay $30 - $35 Per Hour

Summary We are looking to hire a dedicated, experienced parts technician to join our heavy-duty truck repair team. As a Parts Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our technicians have the parts they need to get our customers trucks back on the road through our high-quality service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in parts management, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities Receive, process, and stock incoming parts and supplies inventory
Assist customers with parts inquiries, both in person and over the phone
Locate and accurately identify parts based on customer requests and repair orders
Maintain accurate and organized inventory records using our manual or computerized system
Generate sales orders and invoices
Manage backorders and track deliveries
Participate in inventory audits and ensure stock levels are optimized
Maintain a clean and organized parts department
Assist the Parts Manager as needed
Requirements 3+ years of experience in a heavy-duty parts environment (or related field)
Valid driver's license
Strong understanding of heavy-duty truck parts and components
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and problem-solving
Proficient in computer skills, including experience with inventory management programs
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift moderate weights (up to 50 lbs)
Shift Schedule Full-time, 40 hours per week
8AM-5PM Monday-Friday
