Caretaker Position Schools

Join the dedicated team at Grande Prairie Public School Division as a Caretaker for Ecole Montrose. This full-time position provides essential support to ensure a clean and safe learning environment.

Working 40 hours a week, you will be responsible for the custodial upkeep of the school. We offer a competitive salary along with benefits and pensions in line with the current Collective Agreement. Successful candidates will need the ability to work independently while also collaborating with fellow caretakers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep school facilities clean and presentable

• Work collaboratively with maintenance staff

• Handle daily cleaning schedules and tasks

• Uphold safety standards in all activities

• Maintain reports on facility conditions

Requirements:

• Experience in caretaking is preferred

• Ability to operate independently and as part of a team

• Valid Police Information Check and clear checks required

• Strong attention to detail and dependability

• Dedication to a clean educational environment
