Maintenance Planner Scheduler Karr Plant

Elevate equipment reliability at the Karr gas processing plant as a Maintenance Planner Scheduler. Focus on preventive maintenance and work order optimization in a 4 days on / 3 days off schedule.

CSV is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner Scheduler to manage and develop maintenance programs. This role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance, utilizing work order and tracking systems, while optimizing resources across the Karr Gas plant. Candidates will participate in budgeting and reporting, ensuring smooth operations with regular communication to management and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans

• Manage work order and maintenance tracking systems

• Establish inspection programs to identify maintenance needs

• Maximize utilization of labor, equipment, and spare parts

• Support turnaround activities with planning and budgeting

Requirements:

• Proven experience in maintenance planning within a gas plant

• Familiarity with Maximo or CMMS systems

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Understanding of mechanical equipment maintenance

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License required
