As a Maintenance Worker I for AHS, you'll work independently or as part of a team to maintain landscapes and ensure facilities are in top condition. Your tasks will include lawn care, garbage disposal, snow removal, and supporting tradespeople. This position emphasizes hands-on maintenance of both indoor and outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain lawns and flowerbeds for aesthetic appeal

• Remove snow and ice to ensure safe access

• Collect and dispose of garbage efficiently

• Clean mechanical rooms and shop areas regularly

• Assist tradespeople with necessary maintenance tasks

Requirements:

• Completed Grade 10 or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license required

• Ability to perform physical tasks safely

• Knowledge of groundskeeping techniques preferred

• Willingness to complete additional training as necessary
