CT Services Manager

In this role, you will supervise the CT department, focusing on efficient operations and workflow management. You will coordinate staff schedules, oversee imaging protocols, and ensure adherence to safety standards. This position requires strong leadership and clinical expertise to support and develop CT technologists and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and patient scheduling in the CT department

• Coordinate workload distribution and on-call staff

• Monitor efficiencies and drive process improvements

• Supervise and coach CT technologists

• Ensure compliance with radiation safety and quality assurance

Requirements:

• Accredited diploma in Medical Radiation Technology

• Current registration with ACMDTT

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in CT

• Preferred supervisory experience

• Valid Basic Life Support certification
