In this critical role with TC Energy's Canada Gas Operations, you will be responsible for managing measurement assets in Grande Prairie. This position demands strong leadership to ensure regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and a focus on health, safety, and environmental standards. You will lead a proactive team and interact with stakeholders to optimize performance and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operational and maintenance compliance and safety standards
• Manage resources effectively for planning and forecasting
• Lead the turnover of new capital projects
• Foster innovation and employee development in your team
• Coordinate emergency responses as required
Requirements:
• 10+ years of relevant experience in operations management
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Experience in conflict resolution and problem-solving
• Strong leadership in safety and employee development
• Valid driver's license with clean record
