As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you will play a key role in promoting happier aging at Nurse Next Door. Your exceptional customer service skills and compassion will help create genuine relationships with clients and team members. This position requires you to engage with case managers and deliver comprehensive nursing care in line with established care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Treat clients with courtesy and respect as a brand ambassador

• Review care plans before visits and maintain accurate records

• Communicate with Care Services Center regarding scheduling updates

• Provide nursing care aligned with client needs and assessments

• Assist clients with daily living activities and educate families

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year nursing experience required

• LPN certification with proof necessary

• English communication skills; other languages an asset

• Current TB screen and criminal record check needed

• Valid driver’s license essential for this role
