In this role, you will conduct audits and investigations of dental and health care providers. With 3-5 years of experience in investigations, you’ll analyze claims and report findings, ensuring compliance with policies and applicable laws. Your exceptional communication and analytical skills will be crucial as you foster relationships across teams and service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct health audits and investigations with high standards
• Collect documentation through field work, requiring travel in Alberta
• Analyze claims for compliance with contracts and policies
• Prepare working papers, reports, and correspondence
• Issue compliance reports and recommendations for process improvements
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in business, health care, or law
• 3-5 years of investigative experience, CFI or CFE preferred
• Strong communication skills in interviewing and reporting
• Proficient in data analysis using Microsoft Excel
• Ability to thrive independently in a virtual team environment
