Overall in charge of Quality Assurance, EHS and L&E functions to ensure compliance with company procedures and ISO 9001 requirements.

Establish, implement and maintain the Quality Management System, including documentation control, internal audits and coordination of external audits.

Manage product and process quality by controlling non-conforming products, conducting root cause analysis and driving corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Handle customer quality issues, including complaints, rejects, RMA, CAR and 8D reports, and liaise with customers on quality-related matters.

Oversee supplier and subcontractor quality, including incoming material inspection, performance monitoring and maintenance of the Approved Supplier/Sub-contractor List.

Ensure equipment calibration systems are properly maintained, recorded and compliant with requirements.

Analyse quality, EHS and L&E data, monitor quality KPIs and recommend improvement actions to management.

Lead, train and motivate the QA/QC team to meet quality standards and EHS/L&E requirements.

Handle monthly quality meetings and report quality performance and improvement plans to management.

Diploma in Engineering, Science, or related field

Min of 4 years’ experience as a QA Manager in the manufacturing industry is an advantage.

Experience with mechanical and chemical testing /reports (e.g. GCMS, FTIR, IC, SEM/EDX, Microscope, Tensile/Abrasion tests).
