HSE Advisor at DFI

In this role, the HSE Advisor will play a critical part in maintaining and improving our HSE management system. You will perform field observations, conduct training, and facilitate hazard assessments while ensuring compliance with OHS regulations. Your initiatives will foster a safety culture and empower operational teams to manage risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine HSE management procedures

• Conduct inspections and audits in the field

• Implement training programs for health and safety

• Support incident investigations and safety initiatives

• Monitor compliance and provide technical support

Requirements:

• Post-secondary OH&S certificate or diploma required

• 3-5 years' experience in a similar HSE role

• NCSO or CRSP designation is preferred

• Strong analytical and communication abilities

• Availability to travel regularly for site visits
