Position: Technical Service Representative (Part Time)

You’ll love it here! We are hiring immediately for a technical service representative
, which we call service agent
. In this role, you will take care of our customers’ service and repair needs.

No experience required! Your everyday tech use has already given you a great foundation, and we’ll provide the rest of the training you need to assist our customers.

What you’ll do:

  • Create an amazing customer experience at the service desk

  • Provide delivery and installation services for our customers in their homes

  • Ensure vehicles and equipment are well maintained

  • Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture

    • What we’re looking for:

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Valid driver’s licence with a clean drivers abstract

  • Successful completion of criminal background check

  • Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers

  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
