Position: Service Associate Focused on Customer Satisfaction and Support
Become our Service Associate, providing top-notch support to farm supply customers. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing their shopping experience through exceptional service and product knowledge.

We are looking for a full-time candidate who can excel in customer interactions and perform cash register duties. Your ability to manage physical tasks, communicate effectively, and engage in teamwork will be key. A background in agriculture helps but is not mandatory, and flexibility in scheduling is important.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a friendly manner

• Process cash transactions efficiently

• Handle shipping and receiving tasks on the dock

• Stock and organize merchandise neatly

• Answer calls and communicate clearly

Requirements:

• Open availability, including Fridays and alternate Saturdays

• Capable of lifting at least 55 lbs

• Previous agricultural experience is beneficial

• Legible writing skills for invoicing

• Willing to contribute across multiple tasks
