Role
Assistant Manager at JYSK assists the management team with fostering company values, coaching staff, implementing sales and merchandising plans, and driving a high‑engaged team culture.
Responsibilities
Assist with loss prevention processes, including prevention strategies and investigations.
Manage stock, merchandising, and pricing to maximize sales in assigned categories.
Deliver and meet sales budgets and department goals.
Coach and develop team members to model company values and uphold customer promises.
Qualifications
2+ years experience in retail management and customer service.
Strong leadership and positive personality.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
