Position: Full Time Sales Lead

The Sales Lead will fully immerse in Pandora’s brand, culture, and product, delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting Managers and Sales Associates to achieve store success.

Responsibilities

Set new records by surpassing commercial targets and KPIs.

Coach and inspire the sales team, provide real‑time feedback and guidance to achieve KPI goals.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to charm and captivate audiences at all levels.

Strong business acumen and analytical thinking, delivering positive results.

Excellent time‑management skills, setting priorities and delegating tasks.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and retail point‑of‑sale systems.

Minimum age 18 with proof of identity and eligibility to work.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays; standing for extended periods and lifting 50+ pounds.
