Michaels is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member to assist customers and maintain store standards. This role emphasizes providing quick and helpful service while engaging customers in offers like the Rewards program. You will also manage various merchandise duties including stocking and maintaining the store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver friendly customer service during shopping visits

• Ensure a fast and efficient checkout process

• Educate customers on Rewards and VOC programs

• Assist in Omni channel services like Buy Online Pickup in Store

• Maintain merchandise organization and recovery in the store

Requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

• Ability to stand and move throughout shifts

• Capability to lift heavy items safely

• Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures

• Must be at least 16 years old
